Rowan County Vikings (Morehead, KY) followers went home satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad triumph over the visiting Lawrence County Bulldogs (Louisa, KY), 3-0 in a non-league game.

Next up, the Vikings face the West Carter Comets (Olive Hill, KY) in a non-league game, on Saturday, August 23. Rowan County will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Comets go into the game with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 league win over East Carter (Grayson, KY).

The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Greenup County (Greenup, KY). The Musketeers come into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Greenup County beat Lawrence County (Louisa, KY), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
