The Westmoreland Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Macon County Tigers to 0 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Mount Juliet for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 23. Westmoreland will play a Golden Bears team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Green Hill (Mt. Juliet, TN). The Golden Bears record now stands at 0-2.
