In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host North Hopkins Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Mildred Eagles.
The Panthers (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Chapel Hill (Mount Pleasant, TX). The Red Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Chapel Hill lost by Gilmer (Gilmer, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wolfe City for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Mildred will face a Wolves squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Leonard (Leonard, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 7-3.
