In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Palm Desert Aztecs volleyball team scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Notre Dame Titans.

The Aztecs (12-6) will now prepare for their test against King (Riverside, CA). The Wolves go into the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, King nudged Valley View (Moreno Valley, CA), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Titans now sport a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nuview Bridge for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. Notre Dame will face a Knights team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rancho Verde (Moreno Valley, CA). The Knights record now stands at 1-3.
