Ohio High School Volleyball - River View over Philo

Fans at Saturday's league contest between the River View Black Bears (Warsaw, OH) and the host Philo Electrics (Duncan Falls, OH), observed River View's volleyball team top Philo by a tally of 3-0.

The Black Bears (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against John Glenn (New Concord, OH). The Little Muskies enter the Muskingum Valley contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, John Glenn was beaten by Northridge (Johnstown, OH), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

The Electrics now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Morgan for a Muskingum Valley battle on Tuesday, August 26. Philo will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Waterford (Waterford, OH). The Raiders record now stands at 3-1.
