The Red Ants now possess a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pace for a non-league match on Friday, August 29. Progreso will battle a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Harlingen South (Harlingen, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 11-3.

The Cougars (8-3) will now prepare for their match against Valley View (Pharr, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Valley View fell by Donna (Donna, TX), 2-1, in a non-league bout.
