North Carolina High School Volleyball - Freedom nudged by East Burke

The East Burke Cavaliers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Freedom Patriots to 1 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Cavaliers now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Patton for a non-league game on Thursday, August 25.

The Patriots (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Owen (Black Mountain, NC). The Warhorses enter the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Owen nipped Erwin (Asheville, NC), 3-0, in a non-league game.
