In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Richlands Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Southwest Onslow Stallions.

The Wildcats (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC). The Cardinals come into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Jacksonville lost by West Carteret (Morehead City, NC), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Stallions clash with the Swansboro Pirates (Swansboro, NC) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 30. Southwest Onslow will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record.
