The NCSSM: Durham Unicorns (Durham, NC) volleyball overcame the host Durham School of the Arts Bulldogs (Durham, NC), 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

With the win, NCSSM: Durham upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Unicorns host West Craven (Vanceboro, NC) to face the Eagles in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 25. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 1-1. West Craven won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Jones (Trenton, NC)

The Bulldogs now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Vance County for a Northern Lakes Athletic 2A/3A outing on Thursday, August 25. Durham School of the Arts will face a Vipers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Louisburg (Louisburg, NC). The Vipers record now stands at 0-4.
