The Brookhaven Academy Cougars soccer team scored 7 points and limited the visiting Park Place Christian Academy Crusaders to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Thursday.

Next, the Cougars face the Adams County Christian Rebels (Natchez, MS) in a MAIS Division II South contest, on Tuesday, August 29. Brookhaven Academy will attempt to better on its 9-1 season record. The Rebels enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 6-0 league loss to Brookhaven Academy (Brookhaven, MS).

The Crusaders now have a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Varsity Opponent for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 29.
