The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Coastal Christian Centurions (Wilmington, NC) and the host New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC), saw Coastal Christian's volleyball squad beat New Hanover by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Coastal Christian upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Centurions travel to Hoggard (Wilmington, NC) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 30. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

The Wildcats now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Topsail for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 29. New Hanover will play a Pirates squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Dixon (Holly Ridge, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 5-0.
