With the win, East Rutherford upgrades its record to 4-1 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Burns (Lawndale, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Monday, August 28. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Burns won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Highland Tech (Gastonia, NC)

The Red Raiders now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Ashbrook for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. South Point will play a Greenwave squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cherryville (Cherryville, NC). The Greenwave record now stands at 0-1.
