With the win, Frostproof upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Bulldogs host Discovery (Lake Alfred, FL) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

The Thunder now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Tenoroc for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 29.
