In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting William Byrd Terriers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Magna Vista Warriors.
The Terriers (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA). The Titans come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Hidden Valley achieved victory over Northside (Roanoke, VA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Warriors clash with the Gretna Hawks (Gretna, VA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, August 28. Magna Vista will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Hawks come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Glass (Lynchburg, VA).
