Colorado High School Soccer - Rifle knocks off Aspen

The Rifle Bears soccer team scored 5 points and limited the host Aspen Skiers to 0 in the Bears league victory on Thursday.

Next, the Bears face the Roaring Fork Rams (Carbondale, CO) in a 3A/2A Western Slope contest, on Tuesday, August 29. Rifle will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Rams enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Crested Butte (Crested Butte, CO).

The Skiers now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Vail Mountain for a 3A/2A Western Slope contest on Thursday, September 14.
