Fairland Dragons (Proctorville, OH) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Chesapeake Panthers (Chesapeake, OH), 6-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Dragons face the Bishop Ready Silver Knights (Columbus, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 26. Fairland will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Silver Knights enter the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Northside Christian (Westerville, OH).

The Panthers now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Rock Hill for a Ohio Valley challenge on Tuesday, August 29.
