The Wood County Christian Wildcat (Williamstown, WV) soccer bounced the visiting Shenandoah Zeps (Sarahsville, OH), 9-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
With the win, Wood County Christian moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcat travel to Calvary Baptist Academy (Hurricane, WV) to battle the Patriots in a WVCAT bout on Friday, August 25. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Calvary Baptist Academy won 4-0 in their recent league bout against Covenant (Barboursville, WV)
In their next game, the Zeps battle the Caldwell Redskins (Caldwell, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, August 26. Shenandoah will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Redskins go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 5-1 league win over Harrison Central (Cadiz, OH).
