In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Pope Greyhounds softball team scored a nice 14-0 win over the Alpharetta Raiders.
Coming up next, the Greyhounds battle the Blessed Trinity Titans (Roswell, GA) in a 6A Region 7 outing, on Tuesday, August 29. Pope will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record. The Titans enter the outing with a 8-3 record after their 11-1 league win over Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA).
In their next game, the Raiders play the Lassiter Trojans (Marietta, GA) in a 6A Region 7 game, on Tuesday, August 29. Alpharetta will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Trojans come into the game with a 7-1 record after their 13-1 non-league win over Campbell (Smyrna, GA).
