Georgia High School Softball - Brantley County bounces Tattnall County

The Brantley County Herons routed the host Tattnall County Warriors softball squad by a count of 11-0 in Thursday's league battle.

The Herons (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Wayne County (Jesup, GA). The Yellow Jackets go into the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Wayne County was routed by Academy for Classical Education (Macon, GA), 9-2, in a non-league battle.

The Warriors now sport a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Long County for a non-league battle on Monday, August 28. Tattnall County will meet a Blue Tide squad coming off a 9-5 non-league loss to Richmond Hill (Richmond Hill, GA). The Blue Tide record now stands at 1-4.
