Georgia High School Softball - Marist can't hold off North Atlanta

The North Atlanta Warriors softball team scored 4 runs and limited the host Marist War Eagles to 3 in the Warriors league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, North Atlanta improves its record to 6-4 on the year. The Warriors travel to Riverwood (Sandy Springs, GA) to clash with the Raiders in a 6A Region 4 game on Tuesday, August 29. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 5-7. Riverwood won 16-8 in their recent non-league game against Mount Pisgah Christian (Johns Creek, GA)
In their next game, the War Eagles clash with the Parkview Panthers (Lilburn, GA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, August 26. Marist will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 4-4 record after their 9-0 league win over Newton (Covington, GA).
