The South Pointe Stallions topped the visiting Andrew Jackson Volunteers volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Stallions now have a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gaffney for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 29. South Pointe will confront a Indians team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Daniel (Central, SC). The Indians record now stands at 4-3.
The Volunteers (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC). The Golden Rams enter the AA Region 5 test with a 0-2 record.
