The Choctaw Central Warriors volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Lake Hornets to 1 in the Warriors non-league victory on Thursday.
The Warriors now have a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridgeland for a non-league game on Saturday, August 26. Choctaw Central will confront a Titans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Richland (Richland, MS). The Titans record now stands at 7-4.
The Hornets (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Stringer (Stringer, MS). The Red Devils enter the non-league game with a 7-3 record. In their last game, Stringer gained a win over South Jones (Ellisville, MS), 3-1, in a non-league game.
