South Carolina High School Volleyball - Christ the Cornerstone Academy over Mullins Marion Christian

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Christ the Cornerstone Academy Defenders (Laurinburg, NC) and the host Mullins Marion Christian Cavaliers (Mullins, SC), saw Christ the Cornerstone Academy's volleyball squad beat Mullins Marion Christian by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Christ the Cornerstone Academy upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Defenders host Marlboro Academy (Bennettsville, SC) to play the Dragons in a non-league bout on Friday, August 25. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Cavaliers now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Sumter Christian for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 29.
