The D'Iberville Warriors held off the host Harrison Central Red Rebels volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.
The Warriors now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gulfport for a Class 7 Region 4 test on Tuesday, August 29. D'Iberville will confront a Admirals team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Oak Grove (Hattiesburg, MS). The Admirals record now stands at 13-3.
The Red Rebels (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Hattiesburg (Hattiesburg, MS). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 3-8 record. In their last test, Hattiesburg was nudged by Taylorsville (Taylorsville, MS), 3-1, in a non-league test.
