Ohio High School Volleyball - Lakewood overwhelmed by Johnstown-Monroe

In Thursday's league battle, the host Johnstown-Monroe Johnnies volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Lakewood Lancers.

The Johnnies (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Chillicothe (Chillicothe, OH). The Cavaliers come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Chillicothe went down by Unioto (Chillicothe, OH), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Lancers encounter the Genoa Christian Academy (Westerville, OH) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 26. Lakewood will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Fairfield Christian Academy (Lancaster, OH).
