The Oak Ridge Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Knoxville Central Bobcats to 2 in the Wildcats league victory on Thursday.

The Wildcats now have a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clinton for a AAA District 3 game on Tuesday, August 29. Oak Ridge will meet a Dragons team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Anderson County (Clinton, TN). The Dragons record now stands at 10-5.

The Bobcats (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Campbell County (Jacksboro, TN). The Cougars enter the AAA District 3 game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Campbell County was nudged by Halls (Knoxville, TN), 3-1, in a league game.
