North Carolina High School Volleyball - Lexington overwhelmed by Trinity

August 24, 2023: Trinity, NC 27370

In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Trinity Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Lexington Yellowjackets.

The Bulldogs (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wheatmore (Trinity, NC). The Warriors come into the Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Wheatmore lost by Asheboro (Asheboro, NC), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Yellowjackets clash with the East Davidson Golden Eagles (Thomasville, NC) in a Central Carolina 1A/2A battle, on Tuesday, August 29. Lexington will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record.
