The Union County Braves topped the visiting McLean County Cougars volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Braves now have a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Henderson County for a District 6 test on Monday, August 28. Union County will confront a Colonels team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Evansville Reitz (Evansville, IN). The Colonels record now stands at 0-4.
The Cougars (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Webster County (Dixon, KY). The Trojans enter the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Webster County gained a win over Trigg County (Cadiz, KY), 2-1, in a non-league test.
