The Millennium Lions topped the visiting Winston-Salem Prep Phoenix volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Lions now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walkertown for a non-league test on Monday, August 28. Millennium will confront a Wolfpack team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC). The Wolfpack record now stands at 4-1.

The Phoenix (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Bethany (Summerfield, NC). The Wolves enter the Northwest Piedmont 1A test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Bethany was knocked off by River Mill (Graham, NC), 3-0, in a non-league test.
