The Rockingham County Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Reidsville Rams to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Thursday.

The Cougars now have a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host McMichael for a non-league game on Monday, August 28. Rockingham County will meet a Phoenix team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Grimsley (Greensboro, NC). The Phoenix record now stands at 3-2.

The Rams (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Morehead (Eden, NC). The Panthers enter the Mid-State 2A game with a 1-2 record.
