The Chugiak Mustangs flag football squad scored 19 points and limited the host Eagle River Wolves to 0 in the Mustangs league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bartlett for a Cook Inlet test on Tuesday, August 27. Chugiak will meet a Golden Bears squad coming off a 36-0 league loss to West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Golden Bears record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, Eagle River drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Service (Anchorage, AK) to meet the Cougars in a Cook Inlet test on Tuesday, August 27. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 2-1. Service won 14-8 in their recent league test against Dimond (Anchorage, AK)
