The Patriots (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Huntington (Huntington, WV). The Highlanders go into the Mountain State outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Huntington got by Bridgeport (Bridgeport, WV), 5-2, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Sissonville Indians (Charleston, WV) in a Cardinal outing, on Tuesday, August 27. Nitro will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Indians go into the outing with a 0-2 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Scott (Madison, WV).
