Nevada High School Volleyball - Pershing County tips Lincoln County

The Pershing County Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Lincoln County Lynx to 1 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Eureka for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 24. Pershing County will play a Vandals team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over West Wendover (West Wendover, NV). The Vandals record now stands at 8-2.

With the loss, Lincoln County drops to 7-4 on the campaign. The Lynx travel to Awaken Christian (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Lions in a 2A Southern outing on Saturday, September 7. The Lions come into the outing with a record of 8-0. Awaken Christian won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Founders Classical Academy (Las Vegas, NV)
