The Whiteford Bobcats topped the visiting Northwest Mounties volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Bobcats face the Columbia Central Golden Eagles (Brooklyn, MI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, August 24. Whiteford will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the game with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Pewamo-Westphalia (Pewamo, MI).
The Mounties (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Pinckney (Pinckney, MI). The Pirates go into the non-league game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, Pinckney gained a win over Perry (Perry, MI), 3-0, in a non-league game.
