The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC) and the host Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC), saw A.L. Brown's volleyball squad beat Central Cabarrus by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, A.L. Brown upgrades its record to 1-2 on the year. The Wonders travel to Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC) to play the Ragin' Bulls in a bout on Tuesday, August 30. The Ragin' Bulls go into the bout with a record of 1-1.

The Vikings now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to East Rowan for a non-league bout on Monday, August 29.
