Texas High School Volleyball - Anahuac over Evadale

Anahuac Panthers (Anahuac, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Evadale Rebels (Evadale, TX), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Orangefield Bobcats (Orangefield, TX) in a 3A Region III District 22 match, on Thursday, August 25. Anahuac will attempt to advance on its 8-0 season record. The Bobcats come into the match with a 3-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Bridge City (Bridge City, TX).

With the loss, Evadale drops to 3-9 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to East Chambers (Winnie, TX) to clash with the Buccaneers in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 30. The Buccaneers come into the match with a record of 2-2. East Chambers lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Liberty (Liberty, TX)
