Nebraska High School Volleyball - Johnson County Central over Elmwood-Murdock

In Thursday's non-league contest, the Johnson County Central Thunderbirds (Tecumseh, NE) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Elmwood-Murdock Knights (Murdock, NE), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Thunderbirds battle the Conestoga Cougars (Murray, NE) in a non-league contest, on Monday, August 29. Johnson County Central will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Douglas County West (Valley, NE).

With the loss, Elmwood-Murdock moves to 0-2 on the year. The Knights host Auburn (Auburn, NE) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 30. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a record of 1-0. Auburn won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Louisville (Louisville, NE)
