North Carolina High School Volleyball - Mitchell crushed by Erwin

August 25, 2022: Asheville, NC 28806

The Erwin Warriors topped the visiting Mitchell Mountaineers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Warriors now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tuscola for a non-league test on Monday, August 29. Erwin will confront a Mountaineers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Swain County (Bryson City, NC). The Mountaineers record now stands at 1-5.

The Mountaineers (0-2) will now prepare for their test against North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC). The Black Hawks enter the non-league test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, North Buncombe was knocked off by Mountain Heritage (Burnsville, NC), 3-1, in a non-league test.
