The Blue Devils now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gardendale for a non-league game on Saturday, August 27. Moody will meet a Rockets team coming off a 3-2 league win over Pinson Valley (Pinson, AL). The Rockets record now stands at 1-1.

The Mustangs (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Parker (Birmingham, AL). The Thundering Herd enter the 6A Area 9 game with a 3-6 record.
