Florida High School Volleyball - Union County over Suwannee

Union County Fightin' Tigers (Lake Butler, FL) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Suwannee Bulldogs (Live Oak, FL), 3-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Fightin' Tigers clash with the Lafayette Hornets (Mayo, FL) in a 1A District 6 match, on Monday, August 29. Union County will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Hornets come into the match with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Branford (Branford, FL).

With the loss, Suwannee drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Branford (Branford, FL) to clash with the Buccaneers in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 30. The Buccaneers come into the match with a record of 5-0.
