Utah High School Baseball - Merit Preparatory Academy loses to Intermountain Christian

The Merit Preparatory Academy Knights baseball team (Springville, UT), was overwhelmed 17-2 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Intermountain Christian Lions (Salt Lake City, UT)

The Lions now hold a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host American Prep WV for a 2A Fall outing on Tuesday, August 29. Intermountain Christian will confront a Eagles team coming off a 14-1 league loss to Draper APA (Draper, UT). The Eagles record now stands at 1-3.

Next, the Knights confront the Rockwell Marshals (Eagle Mountain, UT) in a 2A Fall outing, on Tuesday, August 29. Merit Preparatory Academy will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Marshals go into the outing with a 0-4 record after their 19-0 league loss to American Heritage (American Fork, UT).
