Oak Grove Classical Academy Owls (Albuquerque, NM) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Tierra Encantada (Santa Fe, NM), 13-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Owls confront the Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes (Pojoaque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 26. Oak Grove Classical Academy will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Elks/Elkettes enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM).
The now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Hot Springs for a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 26. Tierra Encantada will confront a Tigers team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Socorro (Socorro, NM). The Tigers record now stands at 0-4.
