The Oklahoma Christian Saints held off the host Bishop McGuinness Fighting Irish volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league test.
The Saints now have a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bartlesville for a non-league test on Friday, August 25. Oklahoma Christian will confront a Bruins team coming off a 3-1 league win over Bixby (Bixby, OK). The Bruins record now stands at 6-3.
The Fighting Irish (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Inola (Inola, OK). The Longhorns enter the non-league test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Inola held off Oologah (Oologah, OK), 3-0, in a league test.
