North Carolina High School Volleyball - Christ the Cornerstone Academy over Marlboro Academy

In Friday's non-league contest, the Christ the Cornerstone Academy Defenders (Laurinburg, NC) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Marlboro Academy Dragons (Bennettsville, SC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Defenders battle the Sandhills Classical Christian Lions (Southern Pines, NC) in a CCAA contest, on Tuesday, August 29. Christ the Cornerstone Academy will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Mintz Christian Academy (Roseboro, NC).

With the loss, Marlboro Academy moves to 0-1 on the year. The Dragons host Christ the Cornerstone Academy (Laurinburg, NC) to battle the Defenders in a non-league contest on Friday, October 6. The Defenders go into the contest with a record of 3-0.
