The Eastwood Troopers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Coronado Thunderbirds to 1 in the Troopers non-league victory on Friday.

The Troopers now have a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hanks for a non-league game on Friday, August 25. Eastwood will meet a Knights team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Canutillo (Canutillo, TX). The Knights record now stands at 7-8.

The Thunderbirds (15-6) will now prepare for their game against Hanks (El Paso, TX). The Knights enter the non-league game with a 7-8 record. In their last game, Hanks was nudged by Canutillo (Canutillo, TX), 3-2, in a non-league game.
