The Jay Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting McCollum Cowboys to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs now have a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harlandale for a non-league game on Saturday, August 26. Jay will confront a Indians team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lee (San Antonio, TX). The Indians record now stands at 12-4.

The Cowboys (10-11) will now prepare for their game against Southwest Legacy (Von Ormy, TX). The Titans enter the non-league game with a 12-9 record. In their last game, Southwest Legacy gained a win over East Central (San Antonio, TX), 2-1, in a non-league game.
