The Blue Demons now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Lawn for a non-league game on Saturday, August 26. Maine East will meet a Spartans team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Zion-Benton (Zion, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 2-0.
The Zee-Bees (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Proviso East (Maywood, IL). The Pirates enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Proviso East dropped by Fenton (Bensenville, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
