In Monday's non-league game, the host Intermountain Christian Lions baseball team scored a nice 14-4 win over the Wendover Wildcats.

The Lions (9-1) will now prepare for their game against Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams (Lehi, UT). The Marauders go into the 2A Fall game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams was overwhelmed by Maeser Prep Academy (Lindon, UT), 15-8, in a league challenge.

With the defeat, Wendover drops to 0-4 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Bryce Valley (Tropic, UT) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 30. The Mustangs enter the bout with a record of 7-4. Bryce Valley lost 7-6 in their recent league bout against Panguitch (Panguitch, UT)
