Valencia Vikings (Valencia, CA) followers went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the host Saugus Centurions (Saugus, CA), 18-6 in a league battle.

With the win, Valencia advances its record to 3-4 on the season. The Vikings travel to Castaic (Castaic, CA) to play the Coyotes in a battle on Wednesday, August 27. The Coyotes go into the battle with a record of 2-2. Castaic won 13-0 in their recent league battle against Canyon (Canyon Country, CA)

The Centurions now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to West Ranch for a battle on Wednesday, August 27. Saugus will play a Wildcats team coming off a 20-0 non-league win over Golden Valley (Santa Clarita, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-1.
