In Monday's league outing, the visiting Fox Chapel Foxes soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Shaler Area Titans.
The Foxes (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Penn Hills (Pittsburgh, PA). The Indians enter the WPIAL AAA 1 outing with a 0-0 record.
Next up, the Titans confront the Beaver Bobcats (Beaver, PA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, August 27. Shaler Area will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Bobcats go into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 2-0 league loss to Avonworth (Pittsburgh, PA).
